House Rules & Guest Agreement
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighboring properties.
Pets
No pets are permitted. If an unauthorized pet is brought onto the property, Guest agrees to pay an unauthorized pet fee of $750.00.
No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. If smoking or vaping occurs inside the property, Guest agrees to pay an additional $500.00 cleaning fee for smoke odor removal, stains, cigarette butts, or related damages. Guests are permitted to smoke outside. Please extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts.
Dishes
Please wash all dishes after use. A dishwasher is provided. Prior to departure, Guest agrees to:
- Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
- Start the dishwasher before checking out.
Carpet Care
Please remove shoes upon entering the home. Shoes are not permitted on carpeted areas.
Barbecue Grill
Guests are welcome to use the outdoor barbecue grill. After use, Guest agrees to:
- Turn off the grill completely.
- Clean the grill.
Parties and Events
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted without prior written approval from Owner. Guests hosting unauthorized parties that result in excessive cleaning, damages, complaints, or disturbances will be responsible for all associated costs and may be required to vacate the property immediately without refund.
Illegal Activity
The use, possession, manufacture, or distribution of illegal drugs or other unlawful activities on the property is strictly prohibited. Any suspected illegal activity may result in immediate eviction, notification of law enforcement, and termination of this Agreement without refund.
Damage to Property
Guest agrees to promptly report any damage or maintenance issues that occur during the stay. Guest is financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party beyond normal wear and tear.
Occupancy
Only the number of individuals included on the reservation may occupy the property overnight unless prior written approval is obtained from Owner.
Liability
Guest understands that use of the property and surrounding grounds is at Guest's own risk. Owner shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal property, or damages sustained by Guest or members of Guest's party during the rental period, except as required by applicable law.
Agreement
By checking the box on the booking form, Guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Short-Term Rental Agreement and all House Rules. Guest further acknowledges that failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, termination of the stay, or eviction without refund where permitted by law.
